Had it a week and no complaints. I use the mobile app and it works fairly well. I have mobile VoIP services, so I had realistic expectations this has met them. I am receiving and placing calls UK and I don't think I have accidentally spent money by making a call that charges by the minute. If I were able to change one thing, it would be their canceling policy. As I understand it, they require a 30-day notice that you are going to quit, but as soon as you place that noticed, your service is cut
