I wish I would have switched to Dialpad sooner. We have used Fonality for the last year and while the service was fine, the Android app was horrible. Dialpad however has been flawless so far. I'm very impressed with the call quality and features of the app. Keep up the great work!
Switching to Dialpad was one of the best decisions we've made for our small company.
This is the worst piece of software I have to use on a daily basis.Has so much potential. But falls short in execution and design. Extremely buggy difficult and half the time doesn't do what you need it to do. On top they made it so that you have to pay to use customer service. Who does that? The few times I got through to customer service they were unable to help or unwilling. Avoid this app as much as possible. It makes my job difficult every day.
They have deducted my money and took information from Google account now nobody replying . Worse app experience contact me immediately. I really don't want to put negative review if I get my money back .
Dialpad is the worst VoIP service I've come across. You get asked to rate all calls, which is a sign that we're all part of a big alpha test. All my calls were silent. Then they released a fix which made calls one-way, better, still useless. I'm in the UK, maybe it works better in the US.
The mobile app still says it "can't create contact" when you try to text someone you've never texted before. This bug has existed for over a year!
- Salesforce Activity Logging - When your Salesforce account is linked to Dialpad, you'll be able to see contact and lead info by viewing the contact's profile in Dialpad. You can also log activities directly to Salesforce from your Dialpad app.
- Improved call waiting for PSTN calls - If you receive a Dialpad HD Call while you're already on a carrier call, you will get a push notification to hang-up your carrier call before accepting the HD Call.
- Various bug fixes and stability improvements
