The app keeps getting worse with every update. Dialpad is awesome in theory, but all the audio delays make us look so unprofessional. Never had these issues with any other service. I want it to work so badly yet there's always new bugs. The latest bug automatically answers the call if you don't pick up. How fun is that!!
Screen won't turn off when on call using phone's earspeaker. 90% bluetooth doesn't work, had to switch to speaker, and then bluetooth and pray it'll work. Device is Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus.
I use this app for work across my Microsoft surface, Samsung tablet, Samsung cell phone and my desk phone. The app allows me to work how and where I want to work. I can text or call applicants, which really comes in handy.
Switching to Dialpad was one of the best decisions we've made for our small company.
This is the worst piece of software I have to use on a daily basis.Has so much potential. But falls short in execution and design. Extremely buggy difficult and half the time doesn't do what you need it to do. On top they made it so that you have to pay to use customer service. Who does that? The few times I got through to customer service they were unable to help or unwilling. Avoid this app as much as possible. It makes my job difficult every day.
They have deducted my money and took information from Google account now nobody replying . Worse app experience contact me immediately. I really don't want to put negative review if I get my money back .
