Welcome to the McDelivery Mobile ordering App.

This app is published by McDonald’s Delivery service for customers in Vietnam to place orders via Android devices (application is not supported by Blackberry and Windows system). Customers are required to register with email and mobile number before placing an order. The same login credentials can be used for both app and web (mcdelivery.vn) ordering. With McDelivery, you can conveniently place your order and track its progress from the restaurant to your doorstep.

Visual experience is tolerable, had issues with paying via Vietcombank because the captcha didn't refresh. Using MasterCard was too complicated with all those address fields being required. No idea who thought that 3 failed attempts to pay by card should cause the cart to be reset - that's not good at all, especially considering that clicking back right away also counts as an attempt.

Ordered from Mcdelivery, and use credit card payment. The transaction "failed" 4 times, yet 5 minutes later the money was taken all 4 times. Mind that the total bill was 328,000₫ which is a total of 1,312,00₫ taken from the account!!!! As a result of app failure the order was not confirm and therefore our original order was never delivered. Then we were met with empty "sorry"s and no compensation what's so ever. Lost quadriple the amount of money and still no food! Might as well not have ordered!

Normal order OK but Thursday special offer BOGOF is a nightmare . App shows multiple burgers as being eligible but you don't get 2. Customer service say it only applies to mcroyal and double cheese burger but now 2nd burger isn't being added to basket .so not buying anymore..can't be trusted
