Had a complaint after making an order but it took 3 days for a reply some months ago, so I deleted the app. Then I unsubscribed. Now I'm still receiving emails and cannot seem unsubscribe any further. (It says unsubscribe but leads to a dead end and sends me to app store to redownload the app lol. Another thing.. I asked for change through my order, the driver did not have ANY change and told me that he had to come back after one hour.. he came back without enough change!! LOL

Can't use the application. the SMS verification is sent really late and by the time I receive it, the application will not honor it; therefore, I have to repeat the process. Same thing happened with my friends and we all end up calling the branch or ordering online from a different restaurant.

Burger king delivery service is the most bad delivery service in keserwein , especially in Zouk Mosbeh Branch , we always have been ordering from zouk mosbeh through this application , but lately they become the most Unprofessional restaurant ! Every order took from 1 hour till 1 1/2 half although we are only 10 minutes away from them! & the order arrive undress and cool and the fries 🥶 freezing ... Unacceptable situation for the kids who have been waiting the order for this long time !
