Crashed halfway through my first order ever giving me a login error that can't be cleared (I'd already created an account and was logged in for a while). I Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and got the same error. Utter trash. Update. A year later and still utter trash. Slow, unresponsive and locks you out of coupons if you back up to try and figure out why they didn't work in the first place. How can a major chain's app be this bad?

I want to give 5 but it is not accurate on time. I started an order and it said store was closed, then I'm driving home and the line is full of cars...COMPLETELY OPEN! Needs to be up-to-date on that! Sometimes when I try PAY NOW it does not allow, what do you want to do, pay cash?! NO! Overall, good app, could spruce up the graphics a little, aesthetically it is not appealing, however, it is efficient!

recent issues has made it literally impossible to complete an order. the app continuously crashes, has issues with "no variables" being called, etc. I struggled through, closing and reopening the app multiple times (it seems the issues happen after the first couple interactions work normally), but I have finally given up - I'm not going to sit here in the parking lot waiting 15 minutes after I finally get the order placed. And I never did successfully get you to accept my payment.
