Borderline false advertising, offers can only be added to your cart once before they become locked, but the app crashes while loading the cart which removes all items from the cart, permenently locking you out from using the offer. In addition, prices aren't shown until an item is added to your cart, making it a huge hassle combined with the crashing issues.

EDIT: The team responding to me doesn't even know how the app works. What a joke. You absolutely are intended to use and redeem the rewards on the app and pay on the app. There is a choice. What an idiotic dev reply. This app never works. "This coupon will only last 15 minutes. Make sure you are ready to use it!" That's all ready just weird. But then you click the coupon and it disappears and doesn't apply to cart. So worthless and frustrating.

ONE OF THE WORST APPS EVER!!! Consistently crashes – and due to the crashing, I lose rewards and discounts! Went into a Crave Case to order something, and options are missing. Go to White Castle and sometimes they don't even see my order – THEN I NEED TO SHOW THEM THE ORDER ON MY PHONE AND WAIT THERE UNTIL IT'S MADE! Whoever the developers are, need to check and double check their work... then check it again after that. I lost so many discounts and rewards because this app works 50% of the time.
