Great App for Easy Ordering! I really enjoy using the Jersey Mike's app. It's super easy to navigate, making it simple to select and customize my sandwich with various toppings. I also like how effortless it is to add chips and a drink, plus there’s a section for special instructions if needed. The app provides an estimated pickup time, so there's no guessing when your order will be ready. Once you arrive, pickup is quick and hassle-free—no waiting in

App works well, easy to use. The map feature brought me to the wrong place. It routed me to the opposite side of the street, which was super inconvenient as it was a busy road where it was difficult to turn around. Double check the actual address on Google maps instead of trusting the app's directions.

It's not just that the app is terrible because if you try to order for future pickups say in 45 minutes instead of 15 they make it too fast. So I take everyone's orders, put it in the app and I'm going to order when I'm 15 minutes away from the store. 3 minutes later open the app and the entire order. All the specialty stuff is gone! So unless you do your complete order without ever closing the app, you're going to lose your order. That is why I hate this app
