Awesome subs everytime. They know how pack on the meat. Mike's way is the only way to go. Lots of fresh veggies and the kick of oil & vinegar makes for a most excellent sub. My go to is the "Club" and it never fails to impress The app and staff make it an easy experience. Order on-line, walk up to the counter, and "bam" there it is with a smile every time. Keep up the awesome work...

After I installed the app and made an account, I was bombarded with several emails and texts from them. I even made sure not to check the box to receive promotions but it made no difference. After a few days of that, I decided it wasn't worth it, and uninstalled. I was planning on going there regularly but chose a different sandwich shop instead.

You guys need to make the app more customizable. The only way you can get what u want is to choose an item that may already have the cheese you want and dressing. For example if u want the #43 it only comes with American cheese mixed peppers and onions... but if u want to change the cheese the only thing you can do is take off the cheese it doesn't give you an option to choose different cheeses and the same for toppings.. you guys need to include the same options you get in store on the app....
