Horrible device. doesn't connect to bluetooth even after all the trouble shooting steps I can thing of. Booklet doesn't match device. Doesn't work at all and there is no support.

The tag keeps saying that the device has been bound by somebody else but it never has and there is no option to reset it or to reach out for assistance so I'm stuck with a device that is unusable

Item arrived in good condition, on time. Tracker and app very easy to set up, even came with a dog collar and spare battery, which I didn't expect.
