The main point of a shopping app is shopping. Where is the search bar to type in a product name. Finding it is difficult, and it doesn't accept input well. Secondly, where is the cart for checkout? Both should be easily accessible from the home screen. Have to keep logging in. Adding a card is a pain. Incredibly slow. Buggy. I deleted the app.

Extremely frustrating using this app. EVERY TIME I try and log on, it asks me to change my password to keep me secure. I have not once used my original password to log in. The app then proceeds to lock me out for 15 minutes due to too many log in attempts. I FINALLY log into the app with my account to find that my clicks card has been blocked... I have gone in store to query this and the Clicks staff have had no issues with using my Clicks club card. Too many bugs, app deleted.

The app is supposed to make things easier, but has locked me out of my own account during a verification process. Every time I phone Clicks Customer Care line to solve the issue they say the consultants are busy, and while I wait they hang up on me. I sent an email as well, but no reply. This makes me want to move my business to Dis-Chem. Really disappointed, because I thought this app can really help make things easier.
