Ratings and reviews

The concept would be great if it actually worked. Out of the 3 orders I have done, I have not had 1 good experience. 2 orders were very late and then where the shopper should chat to you to check alternatives, I had 1 order where he just ignored my message. When you call or follow up, it is just "sorry", but nothing gets done. Will definitely be deleting this app.

Multiple things in this app do not work. Firstly, the first order coupon codes do not work, it gives an error saying it is invalid, even though it is my first order. Secondly, customer support is no help. They say that I've forfeited the first order coupon, when I have not placed an order. That does not make sense. They resorted to giving me a free delivery code. Which I attempted to use, but at checkout, the app says unable to proceed to checkout. Don't waste your time with this app.

Disappointed, I've tried to order I've registered I try to login and it keeps making me change my password and does not register the new password and it won't let me get to customer support without putting my password in which it won't register. Never received an otp for my 100 off first order. I want to support new apps and I like the idea of it the user experience is Terrible.
