Unfortunately, a rather poor experience. I have just spent 50 minutes trying in vain to watch the final 15 minutes of an episode of Lewis. Keeps crashing, nothing wrong with my internet connection I am an IT professional myself so I am completely certain about that. Each time the app crashes you have to resume the episode manually and suffer through an ad break to see if it will load again. It did eventually load but crashed again. I tried several times and have now given up.

Whilst waiting for the show I'm watching to load I thought I'd write this review. Good selection of shows/films but crashes constantly & have to restart the app, glitches a lot when it does work, takes FOREVER to load most of the time, way too many adverts - when I resumed a show it showed FIVE adverts! No option to restart [if you wanted] & when trying to rewind, even a few seconds, it's glitchy & have to press back like a billion times. Still hasn't loaded the show.

Constantly closes, mid program. Will happen at least 3 times per 30 minutes of watch time. Trash UI, completely counterintuitive. Appalling display resolutions (360p at 20fps for a 2019 show on a 900Mbps full fibre connection? Come on! This isn't the 1990s!) Also, I'd add that all the World Cup football being broadcast at 15-20fps makes the experience of watching a match utterly unenjoyable. This is a Minimum Viable Product, if ever I've seen one, without redeeming qualities.
