Terrible - purchase "fails" when trying to buy tickets and/or food, but the purchase actually goes through and your card is charged, which is a problem when you attempt the purchase multiple times and wind up with multiple charges. Staff very helpful and help with refunds, but makes for an incredibly frustrating experience. Needs a LOT of work, but I have Hope's that it'll get better.

Worst app experience ever. Kept erroring when ordering food, pictures don't match what you get, doesn't have all menu items. Caused us to miss part of the movie because we had to go down and order food at the beginning. Edit: if I could give this negative stars I would. THE APP DOUBLE CHARGED ME, and allowed me to order items unavailable at my location and charged me for them (even though I wouldn't receive them). Turns out the error still orders the food...

Signed up for rewards program and downloaded this app. Was working beautifully to search showtimes, purchase tickets, etc. However, how the app keeps saying that I'm not connected to internet even though I am via both data and WiFi! I cannot even see my local theatre! Will give 5 stars if fixed. if you're an Android user, don't bother downloading this app. it won't work!
