I love the shoe selection and they did ship it fairly fast. But unfortunately they gave mismatched shoes. 2 different shoes were in one of my shoe boxes. I'm paying over $200 I'm excited when it was delivered. I open the box, I try on one of the shoes, it exactly what I wanted, I take the other pair and it was a totally different shoe. Mismatch..very disappointed..I emailed them twice with no reply. I am not going to pay shipping for there mistake.

I may purchase from shoe Palace for a pair of pumas that they took my money $105 for and never ship the item. now I'm having to fight them in PayPal to get my money back this company is a complete scam do you not trust them they are garbage! They do not respond to emails or answer phone calls or respond even to PayPal Don't trust them buyer or beware!
