Overall I like the app. It is simple to use and has plenty of good workouts to choose from. If I could suggest one change, I would like to be able to begin a workout without having it set to a strict calendar. I don't always get to the gym the same days every week. It would be nice to start a workout program in the app, and then click on each individual day as I get to them instead of it being on a set weekly schedule.

The app is great and it has continued to improve over the years. I love how many workout plans there are. The associated articles explaining each workout plan is also great. My only complaint is the "learn to do" exercise link portion. It is really "clunky". The pictures are rotated the wrong way and sometimes out of order when compared to the description of how to perform the exercise.

Overall, The workouts and meal plan examples are impeccable. Recommended app improvements: 1.) Offline usability is nonexistent, internet is needed to load and save everything. Saving the workouts to the phone and uploading to the server later would be intuitive. Especially if internet isn’t always available. 2.) The workouts are great. There’s no way of adding individual workouts. 3.) Some of the workouts don’t have explanations, others don’t have pictures or videos.
