App used to be better, they "upgraded" it around December and it's been more cumbersome and difficult to use than pre-update. The app decides to work on occasion, but most of the time you're presented with a clunky mess. Almost as if they switched the production build with the development/beta build. Slow, difficult to find what you're looking for, and just generally a downgrade to the customer experience.

Your app experience is super bad. It is not clear if your top up worked or not. Wanters to set up a monthly automatic payment, and after topping up noticed that the next option way down the app ws the automatic top up. Now I have to wait until the next rip is before I can activate it. Also not able to change the unregistered from the app. So annoying.

Before the update, the Ui was clean & easy to navigate. Sending messages was easy.. Edit : 4 years later & it's actually gotten worse. This app is under maintenance the majority of the time you try to use it.. Edit: another 3 years... actually worse now. Edit 2024: The ability to send webtext has been removed completely from the app in the newest 2024 update. It's now of no use at all & I don't have it on my phone.
