Ratings and reviews

App is convenient paying rent. However, there's a service fee of ~$3.50 just to pay rent, and that's more than it costs to get a money order @ Safeway. The most frustrating thing is the maintenance request part of the app. I can't choose the maintenance category, so I'm unable to put in my maintenance request. Otherwise, I'd give a higher rating.

I just have one current complaint. I have been using the app for about 2 years now. It came to my attention that in the payment option making OTHER payment option has been removed. This has become an inconvenience because I love to make partial payments to my rent everytime I get paid. Anyway this option can be added again.

Currently, AB displays certain cookies I've already approved, the length each cookie renews, & keeps asking to approve said cookies, every time I access AB. The mail system only takes one reply, then I have to start a new email. Everytime I update it, it wants me to fill out the Welcome Guide again, then tells me I completed it. It doesn't play well with whatever system is being used to renew leases. But hey- it does take payments without too much trouble (THANK GOODNESS). Is it anti-Droid?
