Constantly crashes, kicks you out multiple times daily, has to snch after any button press, can't log into the app directly so you have to log in through the website and hope the timing was right or you'll have to log out and start over. But when it does work it let's your company see that you're using the mobile platform, so there's that I guess

It constantly crashes. I have to uninstall and reinstall weekly. I'm not sure why any corporation would use this. We call it real pain as it adds more work just trying to close out service orders. Definitely not a time saver. EDIT: nothing has changed in almost a year. In fact it's gotten worse. Again, how can any company think this is a good app?

I've updated to the newest version. Been in touch with tech support. Can't get it to sync correctly. A service request will get stuck on my end in my pending sync, and then it freezes. I've done all the proper tech support steps, and even they can't fix it after being on the phone with them. Thought I had it cleared up by deleting the files manually on the phone, just for the problem to come back again 1 week later, and now that won't work, this app is useless.
