Pretty good so far... one thing I think that would be helpful is to have a space to input your heartbeat and/or ideally have it record automatically like another cold shower app I have. Overall it works well and I'm enjoying using it. Another cool feature would be to note type of cold plunge... for example, Cold Shower, but also Cold Plunge...there's a big difference in the experience.

This is my 1st time looking for the phone coolants and amazingly really working. My phone has been on fire for a couple of week, so this app really help. Thank you

This is the by far the best app for tracking cold showeres. Optional updates: 1. A simpler way to connect your device, using google, for example. 2. More achievements, especially for advanced users, such as a year streak achievement.
