App constantly runs in background and runs my battery down. No way on shutting down even when off duty..stuck with it due to work. Please fix.

This is great ELD app allowing the driver to connect with bluetooth to automatically switch them to thier current driving status. Drive/On Duty...

Keeps running on drive even when you're off duty & logged out. Messing my whole log up.The TimeZone is off too. It have me on UTC time which is 2hrs ahead of California. I'm in California. Sucks!! They really need to fix it.
