App is too slow and gets crash often. Previous version is much better. This version is utter non sense. It doesn't serve the purpose. Became a prime member, now it makes me feel made a wrong decision. Customer care people says your mobile is issue. But many people have raised same concern, but still they are saying it's working fine for us. So, it seems everyones mobile issue and its not their fault at all.

Poor customer service. I've been continuously following up for reimbursement(both money & contact views) for a long time but no response. I called customer care many times, but i had to wait 45 mins per call. The worst matrimony I've ever seen. I'd should have joined other matrimony sites. I had to pay a huge amount for a minimal contact views whereas in other sites i have many profiles compared to the same price and customer support. I can't even download astro match for my matches. If you are thinking to become a premium member don't waste your money. They only want your money. After you become a premium member they don't even care for what you ask. When I asked about not receiving matches regularly, they asked to change the filters like they even want to change the caste preference also. Only 10% of profiles are genuine. Most of them are copied from other matrimonies, this I came to know when I called a number given in her profile.
