About this app

Welcome to our new BBVA Peru application!

With BBVA Perú you can consult all your accounts, cards and other products, carry out your operations whenever and wherever you want and separate your personal accounts from your business accounts. Take the Bank on your cell phone! If you are not yet a BBVA customer, you can open your account from your cell phone and join our digital channels.

Did you know that your app gives you Maximum Security with greater comfort?

- You can now use facial and fingerprint biometrics to log in. And also to confirm your Digital Token in a more secure and agile way.
- The data of your operations is transmitted protected and is not saved on the cell phone.
- If you lose your cell phone, no one can enter your app, since only you know the access password or use biometrics. Additionally, you can cancel your digital Token by calling Telephone Banking.
- From your app you will also find the option to turn your card on or off, or block it without having to call Banking by phone.

Do you need to make transfers, payments and more from your cell phone without commissions?

- Use the Plin functionality to make transfers without needing the account number, only with the recipient's cell phone number. And without commissions!
- Generate mobile Cash and withdraw money from the ATM or BBVA Agent using only your cell phone number. You can also send money to your contacts so they have it available immediately.
- Pay for your cell phone, electricity, water, university, Internet and more without leaving home with the Service Payment option.
- When you finish an operation, you can save it as a Frequent Operation, and use it as many times as you want.
- Know what you spend and what you spend it on to organize yourself better, with the expenses and income categorizer.
- Change your card PIN from the app.
- Make a Cell Phone Recharge for yourself or someone else from your app.
- Increase or decrease the Limits of your cards, as many times as you want.
- Check the balance and movements of your BBVA accounts and credit/debit cards without having to go to an ATM or office.
- Make transfers between your accounts, other BBVA accounts or to other national banks with complete security.
- Pay your credit cards, from third parties or from other banks.
- In addition, if your cell phone has Dark Mode activated, the BBVA app activates it for more comfortable navigation and lower energy consumption.

- You can open an account from your cell phone whenever you need it without having to go to the office.
- Find out what product we have for you and purchase a 100% digital loan, insurance, credit card and more, as long as you have the offer available.

You can use BBVA Perú with the same BBVA Wallet password and the Digital Token. If you don't have it, you can activate it from any of our apps.

Did you know that now from the same app, you can separate your business finances from your personal finances?
Access your My Business profile in 1 step: from the Side Menu, tap the Profile indicator and select “My Business” Profile. It's that simple! Now you can:


- Consult the sales made with your BBVA-affiliated POS, separated by day, month and year.

- Open an account for your business in seconds and 100% online

- Make cash withdrawals and payments from your Working Capital Card.

- Quote a preferential exchange rate.

- Make transfers to your own accounts and to third parties and know the balances and movements of your accounts and cards.

The app is very slow and completely breaks if you happen to lose connection at any point while it is loading something. You have to completely kill the process and open the app again. It finally fixed the contact selection and uses the phone's main contact registry so at least that part is not as annoying as it was.

Hola José. 👋 Lamentamos mucho lo sucedido con el Plin. Para poder validar el inconveniente que presentas, nos gustaría que nos compartas tu DNI, número para poder llamarte y una captura de pantalla del error a soporte.digital.peru@bbva.com con el asunto "Plin - Play Store" ¡Quedamos atentos!

The app was very useful but unfortunately after last update, is not working correctly. Currently the option related to the management of the cards disappear. Also when entering is blocked and need to launch couple of times. Shame of you. I received developer response on Spanish. Normally customer's support, need to respond on the language of review. Probably (I guess) international company needs to offer international support on English as well... Or is very difficult...

Describe my experience it says hmmm. Well, it's a bit like all the other Peruvian banks and apps, useless!!! Compared with BCP the interface is nice but, again it's not very functional when trying to pay something and it seems to take ages to log in. The fingerprint doesn't work so...and the stupidity of can't set up an account if you don't have DNI, which is completely irrelevant as I did it for my wife anyway so where's the security there? Compared to other apps in other countries, well..
