Don't get lost between apps! Use the voice command to make transfers, pay for services or your credit card.

You just have to say "pay credit card from BBVA", or the movement you want, so that the app opens automatically, log in to maintain security, and immediately, what you requested will open; confirm the operation and done! Your payment in less than 2 minutes.

Forgot your card? 🤷‍♀️
Nothing happens!

Withdraw money from the ATM using only your cell phone or send money to your contacts so they can withdraw from wherever they are. 🏧 Withdraw your money at the ATM using the option "Withdrawal without card" and enter the unique code that the app generates. 💵

If you don't have your credit or debit card with you, you can turn it off and on from your device when you need it, so no one can use it.

Buy online more securely 💻
Create a digital card for your online purchases. Every time you use it, a dynamic CVV will be generated with a validity of 5 minutes to prevent someone else from using your data. 👩🏽‍💻

Don't be confused by interests 📉
With the new credit card interest simulator, you can enter the amount you want to pay and view the approximate interest that you will generate when making that payment. We will also offer you more details about the amount for the following month in case you pay what you have in mind. So you can make more informed decisions.

It's been more than two week since this latest version keeps crashing when trying to open it, already tried calling the Customer Service number and couldn't make it work, tried uninstalling the app and nothing. I don't like this app since they change the app to the new look, it's somehow confusing and it takes more steps to do simple things- like paying your credit card. Hope they can go back to the older version.

You are forced to give location data, facial data, and fingerprint data to use the app. All that is left is your blood. Maybe they wouldn't need all this if their password wasn't limited to 10 alphanumeric characters. Edit: The reason given for this is it's required by law for security. The issue still remains, and I can only hope the invasion of privacy does not get worse.

This is the worst bank app of any bank I have had. If you change your facial hair, the app will no longer recognize you, it says to go to the ATM and reset your face. You successfully charge it, however nothing works still. You go inside the branch, no one can help you and they also don't care and say go buy a new Sim card and come back and redo your process of making a new account. I have a better idea, how about close my account and go with another bank. 🤔
