Worse application ever. I have added 10 BHD now cannot transfer or cash out this is total scam

The latest update is having a problem, I can't add beneficiary. It's show that already added, But when im about to send didn't show any beneficiary. Difficult

Very bad application, compared to other money transfer application, after update with the new version, all transfer history & beneficiary details not showing.
