Ratings and reviews

Just updated recently(4JUN2024), now the app is not working. Tried to reinstall the app. Halfway on login and confirming OTP, the app crashed. My ongoing transfer did not succeed, but BSN did deduct the money from account, while the other person did not receive yet the money. Facepalm. Worst update for now.

I'm just opening an account at BSN. And just download the App. Unfortunately I I'm very frustrated because of the BSN App. No Page for 1st time login. Many time I opened and uninstall the app but I can't see the 1st time login page. The app keeps redirect me to LOGIN PAGE and asks me to key in an username.

This is definitely better and what should have been implemented instead of the earlier stupid app. Had a quick browse and I think it's moving in the right direction. Will update once I use it. 4 stars on first impressions.
