The Odyssey Reader application allows authorized end-users to accept their organization’s ID card to process sales, verify privileges, track attendance, rent equipment, and more. Combined with the power of Odyssey, this application provides a mobile point-of-sale solution that does not require local power and works seamlessly over cellular or wireless networks.
Odyssey Reader is an administrative application not intended for cardholder use. This application operates in conjunction with other CBORD® products; one of the following products is required:
• Odyssey AdminWeb/Direct™ version 6.5 or later
• ResCenter® version 7.2 or later
• CS Gold® WebManager™ version 6.1.2 or later
Approved card read devices may be obtained from CBORD or purchased separately.
