Couldn't scroll down page where I was writing comments so I don't know what exactly was typed. Passed the video option, took too much time, my phone went to home screen and when I reopened the app I couldn't find the video option. Other than that it's a cool app. I like it and it was fun to do if only my truck wasnt wrecked.

Had to install and uninstall three different times for app to open. Then app wouldn't accept sign on after many attempts. Then after finally when app accepted sign on, and I completed walk through photos and video, after 6 attempts to Submit walk through media, I got message, "Unable to process your request to send. Please try again later". Took my phone to my carrier to check it out and carrier determined that app is the problem, not the phone or the carrier. App also erased optional comments.

The app is easy! The animated outlines of where I had to take photos was helpful! But I feel like I shouldn't have had to take photo's! It is not my responsibility to do someone else's job! There should have been someone sent to me, to look at my vehicle!! The old fashioned way!! Nothing is personal these day's!! It seems as though the internet has turned a lot of people lazy!!
