Ratings and reviews

Infuriating and unreliable app. It works properly about 10% of the time. 90% of your time is spent refreshing and reopening the app, because its stuck on a blank screen all the time. Even if you turn mobile data/wifi etc on and off, it still doesnt work.

What's with the data speed limitations here. I chose one of your data package with only 6mbps speed only and i received a data speed limit reached, via messages. I haven't done anything to alter the speed and i don't even know how.. It was your packages that you yourself offered to the customers. It's ridiculous. And also it doesn't show the limited use of the speed in the packages. Only unlimited and whatnot. I doubt you guys would ever read this feedback anyways. Useless.

After several years of using celcom i can assume that during the time celcom is getting worst. Despite of being laggy everywhere i go even when doing jobs or playing games sometimes the line is not working like it should. I'm so dissapointed and thinking to move to another mobile data. Fix those problem if you want us to stay using your mobile plan 😡
