Ratings and reviews

Good interface. But the app keeps crashing each time I want to upgrade my wallet. I have uninstalled and reinstalled as I was instructed. But another issue now is that I'm not getting any otp for device activation. It's not sending any otp.

I love the interface, but I think the app currently has a bug upgrading level of customer. Hopefully, when it gets fixed, another issue won't be the case.

It's been a good experience, but I recently sent money to my other bank account twice and up till now I have not gotten an alert, both a debit and a credit. I have checked the history of the transaction of Firstmonie wallet and it shows both transactions as debit. This happened after I was told to upgrade. Please I will appreciate if this issue is rectified as soon as possible.
