This App can cost you a whole lot of money because it does not work right. I made a transfer that failed and I cancelled it. Repeated the same transfer and it failed again. But my account was debited. When I logged-off and logged back in the amount was credited. I gess that's the "Naija effect". First Bank can't get an App that serves their customers well.

What's the essence of using a card to login/ activate device. A simple login with account number/email with password would have been better. Also is there a need to peg an account to a mobile device. Don't people have other devices. Lol, these are the banks that are supposed to be heralds of cashless policy 😂. Inefficient in - out.

At first the app was working fine, and suddenly stopped working. I couldn't login, I went to the bank for help, even the bank officials couldn't help. they uninstalled and reinstalled again same problem, error. I'm beginning to lose up on first bank app, which I'm using in transferring funds every day.
