I don't know why everything about FIRST Bank is either poor services or lagging in one area or the other. In this case, the issue of delay in loading the app at interface level, not even to enter the dashboard. What a mess! We have other bank apps opening at one click, so you can enter your info before you begin to know whether there's a network challenge or glitches anywhere, but not for First Bank. From start to finish, everything will want to stress you. Please, First Bank, CHANGE this year.

This App can cost you a whole lot of money because it does not work right. I made a transfer that failed and I cancelled it. Repeated the same transfer and it failed again. But my account was debited. When I logged-off and logged back in the amount was credited. I gess that's the "Naija effect". First Bank can't get an App that serves their customers well.

What's the essence of using a card to login/ activate device. A simple login with account number/email with password would have been better. Also is there a need to peg an account to a mobile device. Don't people have other devices. Lol, these are the banks that are supposed to be heralds of cashless policy 😂. Inefficient in - out.
