if I could give it zero stars I would, it's not optimized at all. I tried to register using my BVN set all the security questions and everything only for me to login and secure my account by confirming my security questions and they keep saying that it's incorrect! 😡😡😡. I tried changing my password and I typed in my security question answer and it worked. so why is it not working when I try to login.

For a couple of months now i have been unable to login or reset my password. My password for the app has always remained the same yet I was locked out of my account. When I try to reset the password, I never receive the OTP and even when the OTP eventually arrives after 4-5 hours of trying all I get is an error. what exactly is going on with the app for goodness sake.

this is the most stupid and fraudulent app, how can a loan company minus money from your bank account without your authorization, yet this stupid nonsense outdated app call first allowed it, not with atm card ooo, just the normal deduction, how did this happen, opay is the best
