It is rather poor. As I write this, I have a transaction that has been processing for at least 15 minutes. I was so frustrated that I closed the app. Upon reopening it, it has been logging in for another 5 minutes. It is atrocious. Edit: The update is even more atrocious. Almost nothing works. Awful. Edit on 5/7/2026: it got worse. App updated. My account logged out. I forgot the password. Reset it for me, and I am getting "fibani is typing..." Are your customers a joke to you?

This latest app I just downloaded is the worst of all. My email address and phone number updates I made years ago have vanished. Errors they made have resurfaced. And they are sending otp code to my old non existent line. I can't make any transfer now . I will soon close my account with this first bank cause they keep making this mistake.

graphics is beautiful. transaction pin page is full screen. kindly resize it. old version login page is better than the new version because thenew one doesn't hide account number or email. icons for transfer,bills,data, etc. are not pro. regenerating receipt through transactions history is better on the old version.
