Ratings and reviews

This app is a huge let-down. It just shuts down right in the middle of an active transaction several times. The processing time also takes too long. I can complete two transactions with my other bank apps at the same time the LIT app is "processing" my transaction. It is very frustrating. Kindly fix all these to improve customer satisfaction.

This app is good but the interface is very bad. Make the interface nice like how first mobile is and also if you select the app to use the system theme it doesn't correspond to it. My system is set to dark theme but when u select the app to use the system theme it rather selects the light theme meanwhile my theme for the system is set to dark. I will give u more stars if I see some improvements. Thank u

good with some new features that helps, but it can be frustratingly slow most when opening (especially when one is in a hurry) and is easily affected by network issues more than first mobile app. but overall, LIT is a welcome development 😃
