It is rather poor. As I write this, I have a transaction that has been processing for at least 15 minutes. I was so frustrated that I closed the app. Upon reopening it, it has been logging in for another 5 minutes. It is atrocious. Edit: The update is even more atrocious. Almost nothing works. Awful. Edit on 5/7/2026: it got worse. App updated. My account logged out. I forgot the password. Reset it for me, and I am getting "fibani is typing..." Are your customers a joke to you?

This latest app I just downloaded is the worst of all. My email address and phone number updates I made years ago have vanished. Errors they made have resurfaced. And they are sending otp code to my old non existent line. I can't make any transfer now . I will soon close my account with this first bank cause they keep making this mistake.

Complained to the customer service that I am unable to receive or download statements from my firstbank app even while I have a registered email to my account. They recommended that I download this app that it would be easier to view and download my bank statements. I have downloaded this app and registered on it but it wouldn't log me in after registration, so I clicked on forgot password, and "Fibani" has been typing forever!!! How difficult is it to get account statements via email!!!
