This app is useless. It's unresponsive 99% of the time. I can't file a claim because I can never log into my profile. I filed a claim, it's been a month since my filing, and I have yet to receive anything ( but my automatic payments continues). Customer service is no help! It's been in the final stages for weeks! At this point I will be cleared back to work before I receive anything from combine. I am extremely unhappy with this app and company. I would have given a zero star if allowed.

The app was actually faster then the website at running me in circles. The app was more accurate then the website, but neither of them will let you make a payment. You must call into an 800 number and speak with a foreign person that is hard to understand and wants to ask you a million other questions even though you've stated you just want to make a payment.

The app is not responsive to logins. This has been an ongoing problem for over a year. When I attempted to login via the website, it's not responsive as well. Calling customer service is useless. They'll keep you on hold indefinitely or not respond to your request for a callback. I've decided to cancel my policy with them because if these problems. If need be, I'll notify my bank to cease my automatic payments to Combined Insurance. I will report them for FRAUD to NYS Department of Insurance.
