The app is alright. It doesn't allow my notes to be seen by my managers, so I use email for that option. It oftentimes doesn't recognize my password. It would be helpful to have a 'View password' option that can be used temporarily to be sure it's being entered correctly. It glitches a lot. Sometimes, it lets me clock in. Other times, I have to try 3 or 4 times, making me late.

Depends on your phone service if this app will work and continue to work. Loads slow. When you chart, you can show the next shift but no option to share important items with all shifts. Sometimes, it clocks you in late when you arrive because you have to stand in a certain part of a clients property to be picked up on location. It probably gives 1 out of 10 staff a problem, and that's not a lot, but for an app that holds so much personal information, it should strive to be 100%. Good enough.

I am a new user, so I'm still learning. The worst thing so far is that it gave me the wrong addresses for my last two clients. It may be that the reception is spotty in this area, I'm not sure. But the wrong addresses caused me to be late and it was very stressful. I am never late. Now I know to clock in via phone if the app won't clock me in. This takes the stress out of clocking in. But the GPS still needs work. I can see how this is a very handy app if all goes well. Thank you.
