I am highly disappointed with DBS Bank. The mobile app never works properly – whenever I try to open it, it simply doesn’t open. I was trying to make an urgent payment, but the app failed completely. On top of that, there is no proper customer care support available to resolve such critical issues. Very poor service and highly unreliable banking experience.

very bad app. lot of security issues in the app. does not allow you to make credit card payment as well. please do not use this app. I have shared more details with the development team once again. initially I reported this to customer care few months before.

In recent day I entered the password in my login page after that it didn't get into the main page of my app it's only loading after login i didn't even open the app for a while due to this I can't see any transaction history anything, i have checked my network itself I'm using 100mbs speed but still it's only loading after login. pls fix this to make payment
