i like the camera itself and it impressed me especially the night vision but there being no saving the detections without paying money when there's apps you can use to turn an old phone into a security cam with those extremely basic features is ridiculous. the camera itself already costs money and it is so greedy to ask for even more on a subscription for extremely basic security camera features. it says i can "insert an sd card" but my phone doesn't have a slot as most phones don't these days.

I used these cameras for a long time about 5 years now. I switched to REOLINK cameras which has much better quality but other users (babysitters) were able to play back recorded video in the app and I didn't like that. I still kept the outside cameras REOLINK and inside Victure since only admin can play back BUT now I don't have babysitters and now there are NONE STOP ADS with Victure I have been slowing switching back to REOLINK.

The latest update as of 3-18-24 now has huge ads pop up when you open the app, this just keeps getting worse every time you turn around. This is still happening from my review over 3 years ago. Works ok, wondering why when I check the camera on the app that the app makes a call in the background, I only noticed it when I'm connected hands free to my car.
