Great workouts. Horrible App. The constant inconsistencies and crashes of the Android Version aren't worth the annual fee. It may be time to find a new workout app. I just paid an extra $40 for a challenge and can't even get access to the workouts!! Have contacted support several times!! Like many others, I lost my progress after the last challenge but looked past it bc I enjoy the workouts so much. However, I can't look past just giving away money and not getting anything in return!

This app is amazing! I've been active my whole life and have done high intensity weighted interval training for 10 years. Other work out plans never challenged me, but when I heard of Erin about 7 years ago I immediately started incorporating her tips into my workouts. This app will challenge you! It is different everyday, and the circuits incorporate movements that I've never heard of. My only critique is that it would be nice to switch the warm-ups up, since they're the same each day.

As with others I have constant crashing issues, it is unusable. I have an Android, have emails with support and now they have escalated it. Super frustrating and clearly an ongoing issue that isn't being addressed. If I weren't having this problem I would give 5 stars and would be happy to change my rating if support can get it fixed. Erin raves and promotes her app and it's a shame that the developer/support can't deliver a solution. Maybe she needs to find a new developer??!
