Just tried and saw the excercises are great, but the app has a lot to improve: 1. No option to adjust the volume of the music/voice/coach tips, etc, the music is so loud tha is almost impossible to listen the voice 2. App crashes in the middle of the workout; when trying to start again it shows different movements than the current workout. 3. current workout progress shows 0% even after finish it. 4. No Google fit syncing options

Great. Skipped over the other levels and went straight to advance. The slight buring sensation/heat I'm feeling in my thights tells me I did something. I don't doubt the 10lb resistant band and 5lb ankles weight played a roll in that. Love it. Will see it through the days.

I have just downloaded it, but looking at things I like it..it has even a guide for diet.. And all the settings needed.. kudos the developer 🥂
