So here it is – your new & improved Scoot mobile app! We’ve heard your feedback and have been working on loads of cool stuff too, so that you can have even more on the go.

You can still do all the basics like search, book and retrieve your flights:
• Look for flights across our network. When you find one that’s right, book that trip.
• Did we also mention that we now have zero processing fees across all payment methods to make travel more affordable? Yep, we are fly like this.
• You can pick seats as you’re booking a flight instead of waiting for check-in.
• You can manage your booking - sort any assistance you need, check if the sun’s out in your chosen destination and even treat yourself that upgrade. Go on, you deserve it.

There’s also lots more for Scoot Insiders:
• Sync and view your bookings on the go
• Update your personal information and add travel companions to make faster bookings
• Sync your Scoot Insider account with KrisFlyer to begin your miles accrual journey

I've never been able to login. At first it kept telling me my password was incorrect, so I changed it and confirmed the change. I can successfully login on the browser. But still can't login in on the app. And then it just started throwing vague errors about there being a "login error" so I should log on the browser. Well, that renders this useless then. Uninstalled.

Even though it's a different airline than SQ, it is owned by SQ and has some interphases with their. As a PPS Club member I am appreciative that Scoot allows me a few privileges, the system still doesn't work well to use the privileges and on multiple occasions the Scoot app is disfuntional and requires calling a res agent. That process to get to an agent due to the ridiculous prompting hoops the you go through is probably the most frustrating of any airline around the world I have encountered.

There was a typo in the pax name. When I informed the online agent to rectify the problem, I was asked to pay a change fee, which is higher than the cost of the ticket. In the end, I had to buy a new ticket. A classic case of daylight robbery and a cautionary tale!
