Not the best business practices. I have used them for a while, when it was time for my subscription to end I paid the final payment and was given the option to purchase it for 1$. Well when I went to purchase it, it said couldn't be completed. When I tried to reach out to the customer service people they waited and replied with an email saying I had to pay ANOTHER month's subscription fee before I could have the option again. They called and aired my distress and they basically said deal with.

I ordered a PS5 and was told I would get a email confirmation. Guess what I didn't! I was not emailed about confirmation of my order being approved, tracking, shipping, or delivery. And I tried contacting through the website and app and both were unavailable until they contacted me to pay for something that hasn't even arrived to me. And they sent me a link from UPS saying it was delivered. It didn't have my address on the info and it had a really dark pic like if it was taken at 3am. Scammers!!

I ordered a PS5 for rent. Everything was fine, I was approved and was asked to make payment. Me, being me, messed up and used the wrong card. So, the order was canceled. Ok understood, got an email notification letting know the cancel, and to reorder after payment change. So, thats what I did, low and behold after all the payment change and rendering. I was declined because of soft credit pull. First time credit pull went through, everything fine. I'm not even trying with this app.
