I haven't used it enough to really rate it. So far, so good 👍. Update: the app works great and the support team, too. I have issues with the pricing and the product which were speedily resolved. My caveat: read the details carefully and understand them (I didn't) TANSTAAFL. There's a subscription fee and I didn't notice until it came out of my account. I quickly contacted support in the app and it was sorted in a day or two.

I see the ads for this service all the time, so I decided to check it out. Brigit is upfront about the subscription requirement, the cost isn't mentioned until you're done signing up. $8.99 for $55 is very high IMO. Earnin is my go-to advance app and I'm going to keep it that way. You can't beat $1-$5 per $100. I recommend anyone looking into advances and credit building take a look at Earnin & Self first. Although professional, 1 Star because there are so many gimmicks attached to this service.

Out of all the payday loan apps, this is by far the most frustrating to use. It seems to be at random when they choose to lend you anything. I've had the same income amount and bank for years now and I constantly get "needs work" for spending, bank account health and earnings profile. My earnings has NOT changed, my bank account has NOT changed, yet they flip flop between being eligible and not. Reaching out to support does nothing. It's a very frustrating experience every time I use this.
