Ratings and reviews

Any time you scan something it works, but won't scan again, not even a second page. You have to physically restart the printer. Can't believe this app exists with an issue with such an easy fix. Took me 10 min to correct 3 lines of code for the printer to function correctly. Whoever is designing the back end of these printers needs to go back to school.

This app is terrible. I spent 30min setting it up after downloading the other required HP app and going thru several prompts and logins before trying and failing to do a simple thing like fitting the image to a page. Also, you have to sign in to print photos which is stupid by itself. Great work HP. You consistently suck as a company. I have had nothing but problems and bloatware from you.

One, the fact that I have to sign into an Hp account to scan documents on a printer I have purchased is ridiculous. Two, the scanning process is clunky, requiring an awkward backing up in the app to start a new document. Last there's a weird connecting that I need to go through every time I use the app. The printer and the phone are on the same Wi-Fi, shouldn't need this time consuming step.
