This app needs some improvements ASAP! I've tried uninstalling it and it doesn't fix the problems. When you choose a category and a sub-category, when you click on an item and then click the back button, it takes me back to the home screen! I have to select the categories all over again! Same thing if I sort the items, when you click on an item and try to go back to the sorted list, it takes you back to the home screen all over again! Makes me switch to the other home shopping network!

I use this app alot but for the last 3 days it won't let me sign in to make any purchases. I put in my info and password and it spins and then nothing. Also shows the pictures of cars, bridges, steps, and wants me to click on them for security purposes. I do then it goes to the sign in screen and I try again but nothing happens. If this is a glitch please fix asap or I will have to call in my orders. I already missed the 20% off one item over the weekend. Help please fix. I love to shop here.

I really like this because you don't have to sit through the long descriptions, demonstrations and ads for other products. That's why I like it, because you can see how the product works, look at descriptions and see other products that are related or coming up next. One downfall is that by not watching it on live tv, sometimes the quantity of the item has depleted before you can get to the checkout. Oh, and sometimes the checkout is frustrating.
