Completely Unreliable!! The entire point of the app is that if you are unable to drive, then you can book a driver to drive you back. I had such a need twice and even on making a booking 2 hours in advance, even then never got assigned a driver. Twice it cancelled by itself since no driver was found. Had to finally book a cab and go get the car the next day. Identied a good problem and suitable solution for it but the implementation and resources are severely lacking making the app pointless.

Whenever we did manage to get a booking, the drivers have turned out pretty good. The major concern is that even after booking so well in advance (more than 12 hours) they have not allocated drivers till the last minute. This causes so much of loss of time and money, we have to put at the very last minute to make arrangements. Will not be using the app anymore. Happened a lot many times now for me to trust the app anymore. The star is solely for the app & not the quality of services driver offer

They cancel at the last moment, even though the booking has been done in advance and booking been accepted. I lost my doctor's appointment, which I get with great difficulty, and have to book much in advance. This has happened a number of times. I am sure I will find some other driver app, which will be more
