Terrible service and completely unprofessional staff. Customer support is useless and doesn’t even try to solve the problem. On top of that, their GPS is always inaccurate — it constantly takes me to the wrong location or causes delays. This isn’t the first time, and clearly, they’re not interested in fixing it. I’ll never use their service again and I strongly advise others to stay away.

It's very reasonable, but I never get a ride whenever I need one immediately, even if I set a higher price. I use this app almost every day, but I still face this problem. In this app, we can negotiate the price, so we obviously try to get a ride at a cheaper price. However, we still don't get a ride at that time, even though many riders are viewing the request. If they aren't satisfied with the offered price, they can recommend their own price too. We will accept the request if we are okay with

It's very bad, and I'd give it the lowest star. Honestly, it doesn't deserve even one star. The prices for travel are terrible, especially now with the orders you place and the drivers' prices, which are excessively high. It doesn't deserve a single star. Five months ago, the app was great for travel and booking trips, but after the update, it became terrible for travel.
