Ratings and reviews

If possible, create individual checkpoints for the customers to walk to; justified by the negotiable pricing system, as the map used in the app is quite inaccurate. These so-called individual checkpoints could be popular areas: malls, schools, hospitals, etc. So, both would know where to go. Another solution to this would be a more accurate mapping system or just encouraging the drivers to communicate more and make sure they know where to go. Other than that, the app is amazing Thanks

My first experience was interesting as I have met some very intelligent and respectful driver. However things have quickly changed. The drivers would accept your offer and then call to set the price extremely high. They are very rude and argumentative. Nothing I have experienced at first. It's sad because I was beginning to like the apps based on the few good drivers

It's great in theory but drivers mostly don't have card machines even thought they can see it's a card payment before accepting the trip. Most haggle for higher than the estimated cost which is annoying especially when I'm going 10 minutes down the road. The app is good in theory but the drivers make it bad.
