My first order failed but my credit card was already debited the amount of it and I had to call their customer service just to request a refund which is such a hassle. The app also keeps loading randomly when I didn't even click anything. When clicking the menu, my current order keeps appearing instead and I can't view anything else.

I used to like the KFC app, but this latest update has made it completely unusable. First off, I can no longer use my existing account, which is incredibly frustrating. Every time I try to place an order, the app goes into an endless loop and does absolutely nothing. I've reinstalled it multiple times, but the problem persists. This app has gone from being convenient to an epic fail.

It always goes back to the menu whenever I check out my order. The app is very buggy for me as well... The app needed to be fixed and have more options, the past deliveries for checking your current order for delivery is not part of the app. And there is no confirmation as well once the delivery is a completely done.
