Great until recently. I've used this APP for a couple years now and never had an issue. In the last couple of weeks the APP seems to have stopped working all together. Doesn't reflect recent missed calls or voicemails. Also, when trying to delete old voicemails to free up room, I get an error message and am not able to delete any of them. Disappointed to say the least.

Very simple, straight-forward visual voicemail app. It can transcribe most voicemails to text to read instead of listen (it's a few cents to do this each time, I have had dozens of voicemails transcribed in the past couple years of using this service and I still spent less than $5). I struggles deactivating the service (swapping carriers), but the devs are able to be reached via the help chat within the app and are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Update 5/2/2021 T-Mobile switched one line back to native Sprint saying my new Pixel phone wasn't compatible with the T-Mobile network experience, and instavoice wasn't deactivated beforehand. The app says it's activated even though it isn't, and there's no way to manually activate or deactivate it. The support chat is completely incompetent. Too bad. I would keep using instavoice if I could just activate it. 7/8/2018 Great solution for Visual Voicemail on my Moto G5 Plus on Sprint. Fair price of 2 cents per voicemail transcribed to text, and I get to choose whether to transcribe a voicemail or just listen to it. Thanks for this app!
