Ratings and reviews

Lots of useful items and an overall positive experience. I took one star off because lots of people have asked for an address then just... Never responded or visited to pick up the items. If there was a way to reliably check ratings of sellers and buyers rather than just "having faith" in other people, that would save a lot of time and headache. I'm not sure if it's easier to view seller and buyer ratings on a webpage, but the app doesn't have much along those lines.

Creating a classified listing to get rid of stuff was really easy. adding photos was also a breeze. I was able to edit out the pictures of items that were picked up, while leaving pictures of items that we were still giving away. There seems to be a category for everything you could sell, seach for and even give away for free. I like that there is a built in messaging feature option.

The new loading screen is awful. The animation was used to sell ad space at the expense of the user experience. It sucks. Navigation in the app and menus is less intuitive with each update. e.g., I tap on a saved search on the home screen, hit the back button, and it takes me to saved searches instead of the home screen. Menus are convoluted.
