To use the Kroger app, you'll need a Kroger digital account. You can register for your account and link your Shopper’s Card through the app. If you don't have a Shopper’s Card, you can create one when you register to access all of these savings and rewards!

Ratings and reviews

Slowest and glitchiest app I believe I have ever used. It removes items from your cart and doesn't delete others because it can't keep up with you when you are placing an order. It takes forever to find items because it's so SLOW. Literally takes me 2 hours or more to place an order because it's so slow. You can pick substitutions and it will change them as well or mark them do not replace. I've been using it a long time and a few times a week and it just keeps getting worse.

I get logged out of the app several times a month. Oddly enough, this happens most frequently when I am in the store looking at my lists. It does help if I turn off my wifi and location, but that should have to be the fix. Also, please have one single cart that, at the time of checkout, can be pushed into either in-store, pickup, delivery or ship.

I love Kroger but hate the app. It is really trash. It is difficult to navigate and keeps losing it's connection to the database and blanking things. It eventually reconnects but it is so bad that it usually takes longer to order online than to physically go shop. Plus there are lots of stupid things like if you check an item then go back to the list it scrolls you all the way to the top of the list so you need to scroll down and find your place.
