To use the Kroger app, you'll need a Kroger digital account. You can register for your account and link your Shopper’s Card through the app. If you don't have a Shopper’s Card, you can create one when you register to access all of these savings and rewards!

Ratings and reviews

This app is horrible. When you're trying to order groceries on the mobile app. It crashes, deletes your order, and it lags. It takes so many tries to place an online order. I tried making another account to see if it was my account, but I'm still having these issues, and the crashing has got worse. I also keep getting logged out. It's a horrible experience.

It told me that there were no results for "milk". This happens more often than it should. Update: it seems to have gotten worse. Similar issues to other reviewers on here with glitches and items disappearing from the cart. I went to modify a quantity of an item after completing an order and it kept flashing from 1 to 2 back to 1. This app sucks as much as their prices.

App is quite confusing. There are some good features, like connecting coupons to just applicable products (although one coupon did not give the correct discount. I removed $14 from my cart because it wasn't correct. Their loss). Scheduling and check-out were pretty streamlined. A good feature was listing how coupons/discounts were applied. The description could have been better, though. HUGE issue: When browsing items and you say 'Load More', it would often take you all the way back to the top!
