I have loved this device and had no problems with it for years. It brought me so much comfort and joy to be able to check on my kitties while I'm away for a few days. But lately the app has been terrible- won't load the day brief, randomly crashes. I tried to restart my phone, check for updates, just deal with it.. But now I thought to look at the reviews and I'm actually mad. These issues have been known for months? There's a comment from the company to email them for fix?!? No ma'am buh bye

Unbelievable..... constant crashing of the app. can't scroll through the days events without the app crashing. The 3/11/24 update DOES NOT FIX THE ANDROID CRASH ISSUES!! This app keeps crashing!!!! Had this app for years ...no issue. Had to recently install this newer version and it is horrible. Been in contact with tech support that's along drawn out process and it has been since Dec 17th 2023 and still not resolved. The developers need to get this app ironed out... totally unacceptable!!!!

I have had this camera for almost 6 years and everything was fine. The app was simple, easy to use, and no problems at all , and then there was a new upgrade, and now the app just keeps crashing and overheating my phone 😑 This is just freaking annoying. Please fix it!!
