App pretty good but I'm surprised how limited the remote is in terms of customization. Customization of activities is nice but sometimes you want to change smart home devices which the hub is connected too, yet the app doesn't allow for the customization of particular buttons to control smart home devices. Downgrading to 2 stars because the app and the hub are just so slow.

Doesn't see my hub. Even when I enter the IP address manually. Phone can ping the IP, so meh. I have the remote, why would I also use the phone? Maybe it does something killer, but alas, doesn't see the hub. Wouldn't mind as much if they didn't push the app as how to program remote. Wasted an hour until I realized there was a desktop app. Went smoothly with a real program. Update: I've gotten it to work, but still prefer a desktop with mouse and keyboard for setup. But I get it. Mobile phones are cool 🙂

Buggy, barely functions. A "premium" remote for high cost that has the most poorly thought out app and customization I have seen. Almost literally every day something breaks. The hardware is great. Software is a joke. I spent two hours today fixing it by loading up an old pc for the old desktop app because the phone app is so busted it refused to do anything. It never stays connected for more then a few minutes at best. Crashes and makes me start over. The app does not need to be always online
