Ratings and reviews

The apps are fine. However, customer support is quite difficult to assist me with my concerns. It's 10 days now after I raised it, and until now, it's not resolved. 3 customer service has been talked to, and the 1st 2 was saying it's resolved. However, upon checking on their platform, the details are still not amended. Hopefully, the 3rd customer support can be fixed.Now it's on 15 days and still not resolved. There are 3 support requests on my case. However,still nothing happened,and no feedbac

Useless app. NegativeMark(-10). Used the app for many years. Make my trip is not helpful during critical situation. Booked two tickets for me and my daughter for travel on 21.7.24. Ihave booked, one female and one male seat, as two side by seats not available. I wanted to cancel my daughter's seat. But app was not allowing to cancel one seat and I was forced to cancel two tickets, as I am not primary passenger. Reached makemy trip customer care and they too not able to cancel one ticket.

Worst app, worst customer service. I called them about a issue of refund of flight baggage couriered as per makemy trips advise and then they have not solved the issue or paid the refund amount and it is more than 5 months and case is still pending. Hope you guys don't make the same mistake by trusting them. Now when i call them for this issue and ask them to connect my phone to supervisor they just hang up and disconnect my call . Worst customer service and no value for customer.
