Ratings and reviews

Ticket booking is smooth. But I had to cancel one of my ticket, due to change of plan. It was supposed to be refunded refunded by 27 September acording to the given information. And today is already 1 October. I tried to reach the customer support but everything is auto generated in which my issue is not reffered. I tried both texts and calls but they're both the same.

Multiple time last situation hotel not allowed to check in or as per discussion service support not follow commitment. When issue face service support arrange another hotel but hotel not allowed I done my payment and at time of check in and extra amount as per committee no one responded once checkout think twice before Booking from make my trip instead of MMT. Go other services provided they have little extra charge but they respond very quickly and genuine without any hesitation.

The app has improved alot. However I did find some cases where the app was hanging like while booking a bus. However, the thing I really dislike about the app is the inability to the change the coupon codes at the payment page. I mean it happens so many time, and after years of using the app, it gets annoying. They know if you restart the booking, prices will change. I mean seriously, you can't add a remove and choose coupon option in the payments page.
