They fixed the"error login" issue, (Aug 18,2024), so I've updated it from 1 star ( only bc the app was pointless besides that). It's back functional now, so I can locate, remote start, and lock/unlock my suv from anywhere there is cell signal. I didn't get a coupon on a service or something as an apology, but I guess simply taking care of the issue was enough

Update...Fixed again after a month not working. Update...Not again! I'm receiving the same system error message. This is a very expensive app service that should not have the same problems that it had 2 years ago. There is no excuse for this. Update...I received a personal message from Mercedes that the system error within the app problem was fixed. Which was nice. The app is now working, and no issues are detected. I hope it will continue to work because it's an excellent app.

Appreciate the updated app and fix to the connectivity issues. However I'm finding the widget no longer works. Have to log into the app, confirm identity, in order to perform any of the lock/unlock/gps options. Please look into this. Old review: The extended service outage is getting kind of embarrassing. Please fix. This is a paid service.
